Curved or boat-shaped. It obtained from light-feathered raw material, leaving a small gap after picking, requiring a professional technician for moulding. Smooth and translucent texture. Natural ivory white in colour with less impurities.

Yan Tiao 燕条
These are whole piece bird’s nests which have been accidentally broken during harvesting and delivery or whole piece bird’s nests. Although they are not attractive physically, their quality and method of preparation are similar to whole piece bird’s nests. Price is lower than the whole piece as well when compared.
